Arlington County responded in two batches — March 10 and March 20, 2026 — returning 159 documents totaling nearly 1,200 pages of internal emails, financial models, staffing rosters, work orders, and facility data. We're releasing everything and asking the community to help us find what we've missed.
DPR told the Board that closing Barcroft saves $969,542. We tried to build that number from their own data. There's a $375K gap in expenses and $121K in mystery revenue that 1,300 pages of FOIA records can't explain. DES confirmed they never validated the savings.
GW's NCAA gymnastics team was paying $75K–$88K/year to practice at Barcroft, furnishing free equipment, and offering coaching support. DPR excluded all of it from the savings calculation. Rudolph flagged the omission herself. Staff dismissed it.
